President / CEO
Jeff Webster is President and CEO of Endeavor Foundation™. Webster works closely with Endeavor's Board of Directors and is responsible for the overall management, leadership, and strategic direction of Endeavor®.
Jeff has decades of experience as a high-level executive at companies in Northwest Arkansas and across the country, including President/COO Simmons Feed Ingredients, Group VP Renewable Products and Senior VP Strategy at Tyson Foods, VP Global Strategy for Kellogg Company, and CEO/COO for multiple start-ups in technology and human performance sectors.
Jeff is originally from Kalamazoo Michigan, attended Michigan State University in their Geophysics program and attended Northwestern's Executive Development Program. Jeff is married to his wife Teena of 35 years and has two daughters and 4 granddaughters all residing in NWA.
Josh Hall, LCSW
Vice President/Executive Director Hark at Endeavor Foundation
Josh leads Hark at Endeavor Foundation as it connects individuals and families to resources and support offered by local health and human services providers. His role is to guide, train, and support the team in making the most direct community connections in order to effectively and efficiently move individuals in the direction of thriving through empowerment and self-determination. Josh received his Bachelors Degree in social work from the University of Oklahoma and his Master’s Degree in social work from the University of Arkansas. During his career in human services, Josh has gained extensive experience in a multitude of social work practice areas including clinical services, program development, curriculum development, clinical supervision, poverty, multicultural issues, community development, and social justice advocacy. Josh is an active volunteer in the community, focusing on mentoring and social justice.
He is also husband to his wife, Melissa, and father two his two sons, Luke and Josiah.
Vice President / Programs
Justin Fletcher brings over two decades of experience in nonprofit manage- ment and program development to his role as Vice President, Programs for Endeavor Foundation™. He directs Endeavor's grantmaking and other pro- gram-related activities, while assisting with organizational strategy for both the Foundation and local nonprofits.
A native of Fayetteville, Justin graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Drama. He lived for many years in Chicago, IL, where he was artistic director for both City of Chicago and off-Loop theater companies. He also spent much of his career working for After School Matters, Chicago's premier organization for out-of-school time programming for high school teens in underserved communities.
Justin lives in Fayetteville with his wife and children. He is excited to give back to the region that has given so much to him.
Regina Mitchell is Endeavor’s first point-of-contact with the public. She makes sure that you get the information you need and that you talk to the person best suited to meet your needs. She also provides administrative support to Endeavor’s President/CEO and to the Chief Financial and Operating Officer.
Regina gave 12 years of service to the Springdale Public Schools and spent 18 years working in Northwest Arkansas medical facilities, providing clinical, clerical, and technical support. She attended the University of Arkansas and has been a resident of Springdale for over 30 years.
